TeacherAIde went live across five classrooms on Sept 15–16. We'd said from the start: "If we don't fully launch on the 15th, no worries." Everything runs on our on-premises NVIDIA Spark DGX server. Nothing a classroom says leaves the building.
A July building-mold problem pushed the start of school back and cost us roughly six weeks. We're not smoothing it over: the compressed pilot window is part of the honest story we owe Notre Dame and our families.
